Went prepared for my first yoga class and was going to try the Phenomenal Flow class which a gal there had suggested on the phone the previous day. I had asked about a coupon that I realized was from a different yoga studio so I searched my yoga file and their website for a first timer deal. Their website (in class schedule) states re: Phenomenal Flow ... "Which is why we want you to take your first class with them on us". While I was checking in, they would not honor this. I asked if I had to be a current customer for this and the gal said "No", so I don't get it and she couldn't seem to explain it either. Also, I had a page from a magazine for The Madison Improvement Club that reads "First Yoga & Spin Class FREE!" but they wouldn't honor that either. They said it was old (but there was no expiration date listed)! There are plenty of yoga studios that would have honored what their website or printed advertisements stated. Since they have Improvement in their name, the one Improvement they could make is honoring what they say and improving their customer service! Will never go there!
