These people need some serious help. I've been twice and both times were a complete cluster. No offense but these are some of the most undertrained/borderline incompetent individuals I've ever encountered. The girl at the cash register was thoroughly unfamiliar with basic principles of customer service, such as smiling, eye contact, being friendly and helpful. She barely mumbled a few words and could not have been less interested in doing her job. During my 20 minute wait for 6 pieces of chicken, 3 different people came into the restaurant to complain that they got their drive-through order wrong. They also managed to lose my order despite the fact that I was standing 6 feet away from them the entire time with a look of great disbelief. Mass confusion prevailed behind the counter throughout my visit and they just had no clue what the hell they were doing. Someone from corporate needs to pay this place a visit and see for themselves why this location has such crappy Yelp reviews.
