  • I ended up having to board my dogs here emergently after some hotel reservations fell through. I did not have shot records but they were able to get them through the vet and one of my dogs had cut the pad of her paw. The staff there were great! They made sure to clean it and kept an eye on it overnight. Tiffany was great and set my mind at ease! The only frustrating thing is that they are closed on Sunday and pickup times are 8 am or 4 pm (and nothing in between), plus they charge an extra $20 dollars for daycare-even though I picked them up at 8am. The other thing is that the door was locked and I had to go around to the side to tell them I was here. Overall, they were friendly and I knew my dogs were in good hands. Plus they were so tired, they slept all the way from Vegas to LA!
