  • Please do not go to this dentist office! I was open minded since not going to a dentist for several years and the staff was overall nice at the beginning, but the lack of respect for my time that I ended up wasting there was a turn off for me from this place. First I came at 10:30 for my 11:00 appointment that I had a confirmation of when I made the appointment and a reminder text a couple of days prior. I SIGNED in for stating 11am appointment time. I was taken 20-30 min after 11. Sat there on and off for long periods of time between the staff doing things. After 2 hours I only got X-rays, an exam, and the hygienist checking my gums. NO CLEANING. I have always received a cleaning prior to an exam. Then after 2 hours I was waiting on a treatment plan that I gave up on. I have NEVER waited that long for a dentist. Then when I got upset because the whole visit wasted hours from my day off to get checked out for a routine check they tried to blame it on me saying my appointment was at 12pm. Well I got text proving otherwise and I even SIGNED in saying 11am. At the end of the day I was even skeptical about the amount of cavities they were saying so I'm going to another dentist with a second opinion. Don't blow off the other negative reviews. This place has no regard for a patients schedule when they are obviously taking an abnormally long time to do a routine check up.
