  • Hit or miss depending if you catch the elusive staff. When I actually find someone that can help me it's OK. I got my cellphone there during the friends and family sale and was very satisfied. Then I went again a few days ago to get a set of headphones. I am looking for high end, so I wanted some help. There was ONE guy covering all electronics and he was busy. I went searching for more staff and found nobody. After standing around for 20 minutes I got fed up and left. Best buy missed out on a sale.
