The food was decent, but the service was terrible. I ordered online to pickup. I got a call 10 minutes later that they were out of garlic knots. No problem. Take them off. When I get there I find out that there is a $5 charge to order online even if you pickup and it's no more to deliver it. Well OK I guess, but that stinks a bit. I get home and the item that I was most excited about, the tiramisu, was not there! I call them and it is a rather lengthy call and no one wants to deliver it to me even though I paid for a delivery. No one knows how to refund it either so I guess they are going to credit me back in the morning. It is only 6:45 pm now, why can't I get credit now? Why is this call taking so long - my food is getting cold. Holy smokes I better check my credit card statement to see that I am not quadruple charged for this. What a bunch of hassle. I think I'll save a gray hair and just order from somewhere else. Ugggg.
