  • I just wanted to say thank you to your front desk staff. I just came from a horrible customer service experience with Vision Works, and I feel some praise is in order for a job well done. I was greeted when I walked in, and let the woman know why i was there. I had lost one of the screws in my glasses, and needed an adjustment on another pair of glasses. Unfortunately, they don't sell eyeglass repair kits here, but the woman at the front desk said she would fix it and to just give her a couple minutes. After not even a minute, she went into a drawer and found a screw that fit. Then she adjusted my other pair of glasses and BAM! Done. Thank you for your attentiveness and great customer service. It is much appreciated!
