  • Dr. Maynard's office was recommended to me in December of 1978. I've called him Dr. Dad for years. The doctors and staff are professional, but also care about the whole person. They know that a patient is far more than just their eyes. I live in Payson and make the trip gladly. The optometrist here prescribed glasses for my daughter, he left out a prism. She couldn't see through them. Dr. Maynard changed the lenses and never charged me. I've had two appointments with Dr. Heffelfinger and have found her to be wonderful.
