  • Okay so my mom and i recently went to this Kmart and my mom had to use the bathroom.. first the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.. it was literally not fit for a human to use this bathroom.. so my mom went and told an employee that it was gross and asked if there was another bathroom that she could use.. they said that their policy was that no one was allowed to use the other bathroom except the employees.. my mom has a personal problem that if she doesn't use a restroom her body won't hold it.. so she followed an assistant manager (who was going to ask his manager if she could use it) and the manager (Andrea was her name) blatantly blurted out to the employee "Oh my gosh! That lady just walked up in here, she's crazy!" And my mom replied, "I'm not crazy." And Andrea said, "oh yes you are!" After that we walked out and left our cart full of product.. we don't plan to ever go back to that kmart.. the only redeeming thing was the assistant manager that led my mother to bathroom.. he was very compassionate and nice about the situation..
