  • This is by far the WORST salon I've ever been too. Do not ever let Megan do your hair & don't expect the owner Lindsay to help you resolve any issues you may have. I went there to change my hair from brown to blonde, I paid $210 dollars only to leave the salon with brown hair still. Megan or the salon owner had no care that I was charged so much money to have NOTHING that I wanted. I'm a single mom with 4 kids money is tight for me so to finally go and have a chance to get my hair done & it still looked the same is a huge disappointment. I tried calling Lindsay the owner to see if there was anything they could do or at least try to make it more blonde & she told me no & to go somewhere else. Very un- professional & rude team of girls, even the girls at the front. I have never dealt with a company that has no regard to customer service. It's all about money with this salon, whatever they can do to take your money & get you out the door! Would never recommend this salon to anyone not unless you want the same results and empty pockets. I could have bought $10 box hair dye & done a better job than Megan or any of these girls can do there. Warning,...Never try this salon!!!!!
