  • I was not very happy with this dermatology clinic. It felt like they rushed me and didn't show much care or listen to my concerns. Healthy Patz was my PA. Every visit I felt like she couldn't wait to get me out the door. She seemed annoyed with my questions and concerns like it wasn't worth her time. The last time I went, I told her politely and calmly that it made me feel uncomfortable to take oral antibiotics for an extended period of time because I want to maintain good bacteria in my gut because I've had IBS symptoms, and she seemed offended by her tone and facial expression, and threatened to drop me as her patient and told me to buy my acne care from the grocery store if I don't do what she says, I apologized and she then gave me a lecture how my oral antibiotic is FDA approved. I did not go back to that clinic since. While I was still a patient, Every time I would call there was super long wait times. Sometimes even 25 minutes before I spoke to a human. They billed me after running my insurance for an additional amount without telling me first, where I had to make some calls to get it resolved. Luckily they removed the extra charge. This place was Not worth it. I switched Dr's and now I am very happy, I go to Las Vegas Dermatology, and they have me on Azeliac acid 15% and topical clindmycin which feels less intrusive on my gut health, my skin feels like it is improving everyday I feel healthier overall.
