  • I have so far had the absolutely worst business transaction of my entire 35 years of life. To start with, they were 2 days late to pick up. We were told they were going to CRATE my motorcycle. What they did was wrap it in plastic wrap and pieces of cardboard boxes, then load stuff on top of it. They told us it would be about 7 days before our stuff made it to its destination. Cool. 7 days. So we took a week's worth of clothes for myself, my wife, and our daughters. 9 days later we finally get them on the phone and they tell us they haven't even made a manifest for it yet and it could take up to 14 days and they had no idea when it would get to us. A couple days later they tell us that it would be loaded and leave Sunday and they would call us to confirm with us it had left. Thursday comes around and no word from them nor a returned phone call. At this point we had to go and spend the money we had set aside for Christmas presents for the kids to buy them clothes so they weren't wearing dirty things since we had NONE of our stuff. They finally returned our call and I eventually was handed off to Ashley, the "head of the Texas division", which is odd because it was Vegas that handled us. Ashley was very rude at first then seemed to want to help. She told me she was going to do some research and "wring some necks" and call me back. Of course I didn't hear from her or get a call back for 2 days. When I finally got her she said she was sorry and was going to work with the accounting department to compensate me and work on getting our stuff on the road and she would call me back that afternoon. After ANOTHER 2 days of dodging me I finally got her again. She said she had no word from accounting but she was working on it and our stuff was getting loaded and leaving that afternoon and she would call me that afternoon once again to confirm that it left. 4 days later with no communication and I finally get her back on the phone. She says our stuff left the office and that then the driver got popped on a random drug test and tested positive for cocaine and meth and that it would be well after Christmas until our things made it to us. She also informed me that accounting denied any type of refund or discount. I went to BBB to file a complaint and saw phone number for the president of the company, so I called it. He seemed surprised to be getting a call. I explained briefly what we have been going through with his company. He said he was driving to the office and to text him our job number and he would "work this out with me". This was 6 hours ago and nothing. So here we are with no bed or toys for our kids and have spent their Christmas money on necessities a half a week before Christmas, and we still owe them $700 when they FINALLY make it here. I will let you guys know how it goes.
