  • I called for a refill on my contacts. In the past, Nationwide would always price match the contacts with Costco. When I inquired about this, I was told the manager only allows price matching for 1 year supply. Because I am due for an eye exam in November, they would not give me a year supply. I called the Nationwide I used to go to in Waddell and they had no issues price matching for me with a 6 month supply. And it was half the cost this Nationwide tried to charge me for 6 months. It's a shame making a profit is worth more than customer satisfaction.
