  • I wish I could give less than 1 star. It's been 2 years of disappointment with this company. I only have 18 more years on my lease. What a huge mistake on my part. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I have several friends and family who have installed Solar City systems on their homes and they are very happy. I was told that my system would cover my entire bill and it has not done that for 2 years. They said they would monitor my system remotely and they can not figure out how to do that either. Now something is broke and the system is not working at all! I called last week to let them know something was wrong and they said since they monitor my system they would know if something is wrong before I would. They don't even know they are not monitoring my system because that hasn't worked for at least a year! They told me to change my APS plan to a different one and it should have been changed from day 1. Oops they forgot to tell me. Somehow changing plans is going to fix the system? If they don't figure it out I am seriously considering legal action to get out of our agreement since it is clear they have no intention to honor it on their side. DO NOT INSTALL A HARMON SOLAR UNIT ON YOUR HOME.
