I stayed here for two weeks. Out of those two weeks, my room got housekeeping service twice, both of which I had to ask them to do.
When I asked the front desk person why my room was getting skipped, no one could give me an answer. No other room got skipped during my stay, only my room.
On top of that, they did not grant me the $5 voucher or SPG points awarded to all members for every day they don't receive housekeeping service.
I'm not asking for much but a simple change in towels every now and then and my bed made. It's ridiculous that I even had to bring it up twice to the front desk and it's STILL AN ISSUE. NEVER AGAIN!
