  • I have been coming here for at least 5 years (about 8 times a year) and sometimes I bring my daughters or sister, but every time I come in, they don't recognize me. I like to stay loyal to a business but I'm thinking it's time to go somewhere else. Unless you are a VIP customer who has strong relationships with the staff, you might as well be invisible. This last time, I came in at 10:05 a.m. and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. That was okay with me, because it seemed reasonable since I didn't have an appointment. About 10:35 they put me in a chair to soak. At 10:55 I was still soaking and no one had bothered to check in on me... I couldn't wait any longer since it had already been 50 minutes and all the techs were still busy. It was super disappointing. If they had said it would be a 50 minute wait, I could have gone shopping and finished errands, then come back. To waste almost an hour of my time was frustrating. Also, if you don't pay with cash, they get an attitude. Bummer.
