  • My father passed suddenly April 19th because of their possible negligence and possible misdiagnosis!! It is also a nightmare trying to get medical records because he had no will so now we have to go through probate. He went from laughing and joking with the staff in the morning hours according to my stepmom and then a few hours later he dies? Not to mention when he went into critical condition they did not bother to contact my stepmom. She was told that he was going to be fine so she went home to get some sleep so she can go to work in the evening, when she came back a nurse told her what was going on and said, "oh, no one called you and told you he is in critical condition?" WTF really???! Something went wrong, something is not right! The coroner was not convinced on how he passed either so it took longer for the funeral home to receive a permit for cremation. He was cremated the day before his funeral, "as we speak" the funeral lady said. I have no peace whatsoever! I will be investigating what happened between 5 am and 4 pm April 19th...... my family is shattered.
