  • Davids Bridal went ABOVE and BEYOND for my on my wedding day. First off, I didn't buy a dress from them. On my wedding day my bridesmaids were steaming the wrinkles out of the dresses with a little hand steamer I had bought online. Unfortunately the tulle was too thick and wasn't steaming. The dress was pretty wrinkly and I started to freak out. We called a few places like Vera's and they said they were too busy. I sent my husbands mother to Davids and they did it right away! The woman who did it did an amazing job and spent nearly an hour on it.. she hand ironed all of the details along the train and it was perfect when she was done. I can't thank this place enough for taking care of my gown on my wedding day. Thank you to DB for fantastic customer service and understanding the urgency!
