  • I really liked the customer service here and overall experience, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Being a Paramedical Aesthetician, and knowing how to pass on skin disorders, i had a very bad experience with sanitation, which should be #1 priority to Sephora since its a place based on skin and how to protect and take care of it. I came in looking for foundation to match my skin tone, i was given a really good one but when the girl applied it, she grabbed a brush from her front pocket and began spreading the foundating on my skin with a very used brush and i could smell it on my skin, it wasnt a very nice smell, it didnt smell clean or new. Very uncomforable since i have very sensitive skin and i take care of my skin. Im not comfortable with a brush thats being used on countless faces and then mine. I believe is an issue with Sephora headquarters since its not the first Sephora i experience this in. Theres lots of skin disorders that can be passed on like this from face to face, and when a brush begins to smell its because theres bacteria growing in it.
