Casa Loma is a beautiful place to visit as a tourist, but their customer service is lacking. We had gotten a CityPass, so we had access to visiting Casa Loma, but the lady at the front (Helen) was not very helpful. We had the email from the CityPass group, which was ready to be used...but their wifi was very slow and Helen seemed unwilling to do anything more than let us wait by the door. We eventually had to speak with the manager who, thankfully, allowed us in and told us our CityPass booklet would be ready when we left.
It was our first stop in a whirlwind visit of Toronto, and, were it not for the company of my dear fiance, I would have left with a poor impression.
PRO: it's close to the streetcar stop!
CON: they play justin bieber inside. It's not bad, but a bit strange given the historical setting.
