I wouldn't purchase something here if I had the choice. If I get married, or need a formal gown for something, Ethos will not be on the list of places I'll be going. Ever.
It's not that I've had a PARTICULARLY horrible experience here, only that they ordered the wrong size because they don't know their designers well enough to know what is made big/what is made small etc. They did rectify this with offering to cover the cost of the alterations after two of us stood there in our satin potato sacks. When I wanted to go back for my fitting of the altered dress, they didn't have my appointment listed.
While my experience wasn't mind-crushingly terrible, this place is stuffed to the gills with dresses, and it's like they pump brides and bridesmaids through like cattle. If you try and go on a Saturday, you're one of a billion people in there. Not exactly the special experience most brides have in mind. Maybe it'd be ok if the dresses were cheaper, but they aren't.
