  • Had my first visit to North Central Family Dentistry this week. Really positive experience (not easy to say about a dentist visit). I have pretty good teeth so I don't go every year like I should so I'm always nervous about going, even for a cleaning like this time. Mimi cleaned my teeth and could not have been nicer!! Went quickly and she did a great job. They used a newer x-ray machine that let me see my X-rays on a monitor right in front of me (no films that needed to be processed) and I never had to leave the chair. Dr Matt came to check me out after I had my teeth cleaned. He had already seen my X-rays so was ready and didn't waste time, which I appreciate. He was friendly but efficient and he and Mimi spoke for two seconds about a couple spots that she wanted him to check out. He was thorough and confident (really dislike when a dentist or doctor is unsure...) and said everything was all good. I love when one person says she is concerned but then the other confirms that it's not a problem. Makes me feel like they are trying to do a good job and not just hustle me out or squeeze me for a procedure I don't need. They were really friendly, nice and efficient. Also the office was nicely decorated - not sterile and cold. You know you're there when you see the big wrought iron gate at the door. All around good experience. No complaints. Nice and thorough staff!! Recommend!
