  • The only real satisfaction I received from this company and their services was that their scheduling options and availability were easy to work with. Other than that I was definitely unsatisfied with the cleaning I received. The three rooms I had cleaned looked good after the tech finished but after the carpet dried I could see areas of the carpet where the tech lacked focus on even after i had specifically pointed out those areas prior to him starting. Ill note, my carpet was not heavily soiled with anything other than normal traffic spots so it should have come up with regular cleaning as its been done by other carpet cleaners ive used in the past. Secondly, as highly rated as this company is I expected to get a quality check phone call after my services were completed and never did! I did however get an email survey in which I explained these same complaints. I then received a follow-up call and unfortunately missed this call. I was asked to give them a call back to discuss my concerns and called twice, left messages to return my call and NEVER heard from them again. Safe to say I will never recommend such a flaky business like this nor will I use them again!
