  • Made an appointment a week ago for an estimate at my home between 12-2pm today. Called at 1:40 to confirm and was told the estimator was on his way. Called again at 2:40 and was told he was on a job that ran long and could arrive by 4:30. It's now 5:05. No estimator, no call, and they don't answer the phone even though they're supposed to be open until 6pm. You know what? No business from me either. Update: The estimator finally arrived, walked around my yard without taking any measurements, and verbally quoted me a price of $5,000. No thanks.
