Looking at the reviews written, doesn't look as though there are many happy campers at all. So many "one star" approvals. Wow!. Add our name to this list. Simply put, my wife purchased a brand new Ford Flex the day after Christmas and last Tuesday while at Starbucks, her car failed to go in reverse when you put the gear in reverse. I took the car in last Tuesday and was told they only have one transmission person to check it out and that they wasn't sure when they would get to it. Today I went to check the status and was told she was next up in line. The rental they gave my wife is only good for 10 days. I asked was there similar problems with this vehicle and was told by the service rep that my wife's car was "ONLY" the third person to come in so far this year with a transmission issue. Imagine that! Six months old and needing the transmission to be looked at. And people wonder why so many people don't by American made cars. I have a 2006 Audi and the "WORST" problem I ever had was needing an ignition coil. They kept the car for one full day and it was a done deal. No major problems whatsoever. No more Fords for her. Should have kept her Nissan Murano.
