  • Great customer service whilst selling me the glasses. Decent choice. Spent around $350. About four months later, a small screw had come loose and the nose pad had come off. Visited the store to see I could get the part. Unfortunately not. This obviously happened all the time as the assistant handed me a pre-printed map, from a large stack, behind the counter to a competitor's location.
