  • Update - The dress they had me come in to pick up WAS THE WRONG DRESS STYLE. They called the bride to tell her and she called me and was furious at them. She said they were going to call me...I never received a call. I called them and found out they had my number wrong (even though I had been called by them previously) I now have to make a 4th trip to the store to get the correct dress. Lets hope I don't need alterations as the wedding is next month and that doesn't leave much time. For all these screw ups they have not refunded a portion of my money or offered anything for the multiple inconveniences I went through. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to use a different bridal store.
