  • I wanted this company to be great! I gave them 4 separate chances to make things right and in the end I still ended up having to fire them. I hired them for a business for weekly cleanings. Every week before they came I would make note of things that should be done, and come in the next day to have them not done. I spoke with the "salesman/supervisor" on multiple occasions to nicely voice my concerns. I asked many times if the things I'm focused on are part of the package or if they are extra and he assured me all those things should be done with the basic weekly cleaning. Yet every week the same things were not done. Simple things like doing this dishes, dusting desk lamps, dusting window sills and basic overall cleaning. To me it seemed like they came and emptied the trash and stocked the toilet paper. Some of the silly things were they would use these crappy thin trash bags in our big trash bins so when we'd go to empty them all the trash would fall all over the place, and same thing I would contact them and tell them to use the heavy duty bags for the big bins and still no go. I'm not sure if it's lack of communication going down the chain on command or if they were simply lazy. I wish I would of read these reviews beforehand though before hiring. Gil seemed nice, and the prices were great, but you get what you pay for. Cheap labor, cheap results.
