| - I have a lot to say about Oasis.
I did a drop in Therapeutics class with Lorna. I'm recovering from an injury and had no idea what I could and couldn't do. I did the best I could, but I just wasn't ready for a real class. Lorna made sure to constantly check on me and give me modifications. The other attendees were very accepting and not the stuffy kind of folks I often run into at fitness endeavors. The group was very diverse in terms of age, yoga experience and body types. I was the only non-regular in attendance, but the other members of the class truly embraced me and welcomed me into their community. After class, Lorna even stayed extra with me to help and work with me. It was a truly kind gesture that she didn't have to do. She stayed until the studio shut down. Despite how frustrated I was, she believed in me and I found her energy to be very calming and positive.
Overall, a very supportive, loving environment, and I highly recommend visiting. They clearly care about their clients. When I feel up to it, i'll be scheduling a private class with Lorna, and hopefully returning for a group class again in the future. They also sell beautiful yoga mats and yoga accessories. Their online scheduling makes it exceptionally easy to register, check-in and attend a class. They have a really nice variety of classes, and if you like yoga, you'll probably love Oasis.
