  • Over priced for a three bedroom 2 bath. Decent complex in not such a good neighborhood. Don't believe the crime maps. I've been on a police ride along in this part of phx/Tempe. Not safe to walk around at night. Vehicle thefts vandalism not uncommon. However it is the Nicest and most well maintained complex in the area. Wood flooring, 10 foot ceilings, newer appliances. Office staff is corporate so don't expect friendly service what so ever. Parking is hit or miss. Only one assigned space per unit. Frustrating for college roommates. They do have study rooms and tech to use at the clubhouse, which is very nice and comfortable. Decent pool with spa and hot tub. Indoor basketball and half decent gym with very limited space and equipment. Recycling is hard to find, and most dumpsters are a decent walk. Great access to the 60/i10/143. About 10 min to mill ave. Jimmy jons doesn't deliver which might be a deal breaker for some. Overall not a bad community. Lots of younger professionals and students. Pool open 24/7!
