  • We came here for the Batali name but I suspect he has little involvement in the quality of food at this place. The seating situation is odd. Their wooden booths are incredibly uncomfortable. I ordered the drive in burger. Normally toppings come on the side but they had them on the burger. Oddly my burger came wrapped in paper like at a fast food joint. The burger is very low quality. Fries are shoestring fries. Honestly, In n Out makes better food but it is of similar quality. Service was ok but slow. Waitress was nice but for how the food tasted, it did take forever to get here. Overall, I'm surprised this place is allowed to operate in the Venetian. Without the Batali name, it wouldn't be here.
