Where do I start? Our stay here made us miss our WorldMark timeshare in Vegas. We were not aware that each room technically has two suites. We had small children staying in one suite while we stayed in another and the door leading into both of these did not have an added lock on it which made us feel a bit insecure. There were about 15 forks but three cups, six plates, etc. It seems they don't even out the dishes from both of the suites. The garbage disposal was broken, but in their defense they did come and fix it rather quickly. There was no extra toilet paper in one suite so we had to go and grab some from the other room. The bathroom at one of the pools hadn't been clean for about 4 days. I know this because there was tissue stuck all over one seat that was still there many days later. One of my children got a horrible rash on her back with dry skin and chapped skin from the chlorine in the pool. My second child started to get the same kind of rash by the end of our visit. One child of mind tends to get water in her ears when she swims and this vacation was no exception. However, since we had come home it turned into a raging ear infection. The tables at pools were filthy and lookd like they had never been wiped down. The can opener in the room was broken as was the boom box. When I called they told me that they were phasing out the boom boxes but I could use the clock radio in the bedroom. Well, it wasn't a clock radio it was an iPod dock and I'm an Android user so we were unable to listen to music at all. The wifi was also subpar and I could never connect adequately. Also, the main building to check in absolutely reeked of sweet air freshener that was overpowering and made me physically ill. Parking was also a nightmare.
