  • Stacey is an artist. I called for an underarm waxing and, after asking if I've had one before, she scheduled me the next day. I noticed how beautifully decorated her space is when I walked in. As she walked me into the waxing room, we talked about my skin sensitivities and she gave me advice on deodorants, skin care and natural remedies for inflammation. This was a welcome change from sentiments like, "buy this overpriced cream from our front counter," I've heard at some salons. The wax room has a bunch of art from local artists and colorful tapestries. It added to the already relaxing atmosphere. She used two different kinds of waxes, making sure to do a test with one before using it. I have a high pain threshold, but the pain really was negligible. She knows what she's doing. Overall, I have never been so satisfied in my experience, advice, price and results from a beautician. I can't recommend her enough.
