  • Standing at the counter, right now, with Ashley getting us fixed up with what Budget couldn't do with a reservation made 2 months in advance!! After some less then poor customer service at budget, Ashley and Avis invited us to their counter and were way more helpful than we could ever imagine! They put us in the vehicle that we had reserved with the other guys, and at the same price as our quoted reservation!! Ashley was very friendly, showed great compassion for our situation, and went above and beyond the call of duty! We are very grateful for her and her service!! She saved our Xmas plans!! A big THANK YOU to Ashley and Avis!!
