"Do it. . .Bacardi and cola. do it do it."
This ain't no disco, this ain't no Bacardi and Coke movie quote class, but serious as a Ford Gran Torino nicknamed "Striped Tomato"..."Do it. do it."
Do this class.
I love learning. I like drinking. Put 'em together...It's like Reese's Peanut Butter vodka.
Get in here and get a ticket to taste. Taste n learn!
Regions. Terroirs!
Grapes. Varietals!
Years. Vintages!
The instructors are fun and engaging. There are many different classes from which to choose - Napa, Spanish wines, etc. The corks are poppin' like the V8 and there are some very cool snacks (cheeses, crackers, fruits, etc) provided with each class. Maybe someone in your class too, will look like Ken Hutchinson and then you will write a review containing seemingly bizarre associations. Ya dig?
WINE CLASSES:
$25 each or 5 for $100 as December, 2014. We tasted nine different bottles. This most recent class we'd attended was the "sparkling wine" and the bottles ranged from a price point of $10.99 to $119.99 (btw, the most expensive they've tasted to date.) My palate for grapes is much akin to my taste for lodging. Pour me a roadside Motel Six or unleash the Ritz-Carlton.
Before I start singing a Billy Joel song (ie..."I don't know why I go to extremes")...let's cue the movie reference that started me down this road:

Then have a BEER (CLASS)...I'm not going to quote this one... haven't taken a beer class yet! Resolution for 2015: Attend a beer class!
Cheers!
