  • Always a wonderful experience here. While I generally deal with the owner I know her staff to be warm, welcoming and well informed on the merchandise. Rhonda the owner is amazing! She is not only fashion forward, in both optical and clothing style but is always happy to service her products. Rhonda goes the extra mile for her customers, I have experienced her calling literally all over the globe to track down a particular pair of Chanel Sunglasses. She was provided better customer service than Holts or the Chanel store. Don't let the aesthetic of the store scare you away from this neighbourhood gem. I have been buying my glasses and sunglasses here for years. While I've never used a physical coupon there, I've never had to. They seem to always have amazing sales on. Not to mention she is great at helping with the insurance paperwork. As a frequent shopper on eBay, who is constantly looking out for the best deal around I'm confident in telling you that Roshad Optical is definitely that. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
