  • My family was moving from CA to Las Vegas and we were referred to Patrick by one of his satisfied clients. We are 100% satisfied with our experience with his work. He not only got us exactly what we wanted and needed but was honest enough to look out for us all the way. He looked out just to sell us on any home he thought we could afford. From my past experience with other Real Estate "professionals," Some agents don't pay attention to potential clients when they think that the loan isn't going through. Patrick was able to refer us to a loan producer. When his person couldn't get the job done he still stayed in our corner all the he way. He even offered to take a weekly photo for us during construction. 12 months after first contacting him about purchasing we have a newly built home with great neighbors and an inexpensive HOA. Especially of note is that Patrick realizes that his job is to establish relationships not only for this sale, but for the next time me or any of my family members will be purchasing or selling a home.
