What's most frustrating about this response is that rather than address the ACTUAL issues I've experienced, the only problem that is acknowledged is the mail (?). I've called multiple times in the last month to express my growing concern about tenants smoking in the hallways, stairwells and parking garage. I've even begged management to put up signs, reminding residents that it is NOT okay, nor is it acceptable to smoke inside a closed space--yes, that includes the hallway. Nothing has been done. Trash is still being strewn about and goes a week without being tended to. Dogs continue to urinate INSIDE, on the walls and columns. No one seems to be concerned about picking up after their pet. Why can't management do a better job of enforcing its own policies? Yet, they are prepared to fine people if they find unsuitable items on their patios...why are there no real consequences for smoking in the stairwells or not picking up after your pet?
I've finally come to the conclusion that the only way to get anything accomplished is to contact Alliance directly.
