| - I've been going to this gym for a good 4 months now. When I first signed up, the man that gave me a tour and signed me up was the only nice one there and unfortunately he is gone now. I've never had such a horrible costumer service experience before. To start off, when you walk in, you can't even get a hello and a nice smile. If I do, it's shocking! When I first used the amenities, nobody had any interest in helping me out when I was obviously confused and had no idea what I was doing, I guess I eventually just figured it out by myself. Every time I leave the gym, I don't even get a goodbye or thanks for stopping in, they let costumers just walk in and out without saying 2 words to them. I can obviously tell who the managers of the gym are and every time I go, they don't even say anything, even though they are standing around with their arms crossed doing nothing.
Aside from the RUDE staff, the place is always dirty and never looks good! Gyms are the most dirty place and should look pristine at all times. Why would anyone want to work out in a place that people sweat but it's never clean? I can see the dust buildup on the ground and on the machines.
This place needs to step up because from other reviews, I am not the only one who has been displeased by their costumer service. I can't wait until the 35th and Peoria location opens, even thought it's a further drive, if costumer service is better, it will be worth the drive!!
