  • I love coming here the nurses (Yuri) and doctors are great BUT THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY AT THE PECOS LOCATIONS receptionists sees me standing and does not acknowledge me or ask what I'm up there for goes straight into checking people in / I have to go out of my way and ask if they have a sign in sheet she answers and almost threw the clipboard in front of me. I said don't have to be rude about it and she snaps at me and raises her tone and says IM NOT BEING RUDE her tone of voice was ELEVATED IM SORRY YOUR IN A BAD MOOD BUT YOU GET PAID TO HELP AND CHECK PEOPLE IN THATS WHAT YOU GET PAID FOR!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!
