We purchased tiles and Lowes used Beno's Flooring as the installer. They both said the job would be completed in a few hours, and our house would be ready for the holiday. It took four days to be done, and 1 more day for someone to try to fix everything they did wrong (it wasn't fixed well & looked even worse the next day).and our house looked terrible for the holiday.
The tiles were uneven and all of them are flaking. The sealant wasn't done properly & caused a haze on all of the tiles. The grout is stained and has holes. They damaged our carpet. We've had to spend hundreds of dollars & lots of time trying to fix the damage they did to the tiles, and they still look awful. Also, the installation manager at Lowes backs up Beno's and says they do good work. I hope they all have tiles that look like ours, and experience the frustration, waste of time & expense that we've had.
