  • Brought car in for a detail because I'm trying to sell my car. I explained this to the guy in the full service line. He said the mega star car wash did detail work. So trusting the guy we agreed. When we went to get the car, right away, totally disgusted, there is smudge marks all over the car. You can see where the the wax dripped down and streaked the paint job. John, the manager said our paint was old and really bad. But what he didn't know We just got a paint job done. Don't lie John, the truth always comes out. Then he goes to say if you are trying to sell your car you should have gotten detail work. Well, refer back to beginning...I did ask for that...your sales rep said there was detail work involved. They deserve 0 stars.
