  • Bought a mattress here and I initially loved it... For like, 2 months. Then there were 2 huge grooves in the mattress where both my boyfriend and I slept. I wrote a comment about the issue on their Facebook page & they promptly responded and sent me a private message apologizing for the problem & that they would be in contact with me to work something out. So I replied to the private message then they blocked me!! I mean, really??? Never buying a mattress here again and telling everyone to never shop here either!!
