  • I like shopping at Lowes. Normally you get excellent service and most associates are always willing to go the extra mile. Today, at this location, finding help was difficult. When I finally found someone, they were too interested in their conversation than wanting to help. I was finally able to get their attention and was pointed in a direction to find a replacement part. Both left quickly while I was still looking for my part. I guess their conversation was more important than ensuring their customers find what they need.
