rev:text	I had an eye emergency late in the day....my doctor referred me to Dr Bryan for immediate care. I was seen first thing the next morning to have laser treatment for the repair needed. The office staff, nurses and Dr are all amazing, the location is very convenient for me and the office is beautiful, comfortable, clean, very stylish...all plus in my book! My rating of A-OK is due to the time you have to spend WAITING....I get it it , there are times where there maybe emergencies (such as mine) and you have to squeeze people in to be seen but it should not take 1.5 to 2 hours for a 20-25 minute appt (15 with nursing staff and about 5-7 mins with dr) and by the looks of the other reviews....seems everyone is experience is the same. My follow up appointment was for 9:00 am...I arrived at 8:40, was taken back by 8:50 (I said yay, winner winner chicken dinner) the nurse that did all my drops, tests, pictures was very nice, professional, informative, etc...a 5 star for her, she was done with me at 9:05 am...I'm on a roll I'll be done quick I thought.......YEAH, ok back out to the lobby for me to wait to see the dr.......finally called back at 10:05 (60 min wait, ugh) in a room for another 20 minute wait...... finally dr comes in 10:25 or so....10 minutes later I'm done (Dr is great, very thorough and informative, was really happy with his care, nothing but praises for this man) - see you next time, pack a lunch! ARC come on, figure it out...you can cut down all of our waiting times.... and be the 5 stars we know you can be!
