  • I created a hiccup for myself by hitting a tool box in my garage and creating a a good dent and bad impression next to the headlight on my drivers side. My Bad and Tony took "My Bad" and made it "My Good" Started on Yelp on Monday Night looking at the "HIGH PERFORMERS" PDR (Dent Removal) and sent our 7 requests with photos. Within a hour Tony was back to me asking a couple questions and then within 45 minutes I had my price quote and appointment for Wednesday Afternoon. The other six vendors got back to me, some that evening and others the next day, with their questions and quotes. At the end of the Day Tuesday, Tony had the best quote given his numerous #5 Star Reviews. The other quotes were outside my budget and some within Tony's price quote approx. yet their reviews were not as stellar or only had single digit reviews which creates suspicion on my part? (How many are real and how many are written by friends or paid for?) Tony constantly was in contact with me on Tuesday and Wednesday so there were no "Misunderstanding's about the appointment or the proposed work". He showed up on Wednesday to work and get "My Bad" to "My Good". Oh, it was raining today and he is mobile so I was worried he would cancel, BUT HE DID NOT. He showed up "RAIN OR SHINE" and did a great job me. Unless you know where the dinger was you would not know and he removed some of the discoloration from the tool box handle too. Tony has been doing this work for a very, very long time! He is Professional, Responsive, Congenial and a TRUE Technician and Master of his Craft. Would recommend him to anyone and will use him again for my son's car and any other future work! He is now MY GUY for auto dents! Thank you Tony!
