  • You know, the independent chains of Congee places here in Toronto is not consistent at all. This particular location is "immaculate" considering it's a Congee House, you know what I mean. That said, this makes a great cheap date place for those under budget youngsters or families out there. Food wise, it's good, not great. Cleanliness, excellent overall, including a very clean bathroom. Service was quick. My favorite item here is the stir fry cubes of daikon cake, well executed. Congee wise, I still prefer Congee King on Kennedy south of Hwy 7, maybe I am just old school or something.
