  • This place is absolutely amazing. My partner and I went there to try somewhere new after having experienced Biketek in Squirrel Hill that charged me $80 for a tune up and was not the most friendly. I saw that this place got 5 stars and now I know why. When we took our bike in Mr. Kraynick, the owner was willing to tune up our bike and Rocky, the volunteer stepped in and said or I can show you how to do it for free and you can learn how to fix your own bike. He spent over 30 minutes with us for no charge and encouraged us to come in anytime to work on our bikes as a learning experience. He tuned it up, greased the gears, fixed the brakes and blew up the tires and adjusted the seat. He taught us how to take off our tires and remount them. It was the best experience we've ever had and I will never go anywhere else. Hard to find a place like this where the workers care so much about what they do they will teach you how to do it yourself at no cost! Mr Kraynick has had the shop over 40 years from what Rocky said and I can tell this is quite the gem. And if you've seen my other reviews, I'm quite the critic. Full support and love for this place.
