  • These people are as rude as can be! I was in need of a couple of Fans and when we picked them out they had us wait around and then let us know that they did not have the key to open the room where they keep all the fans and that we should go get lunch and just come back......because the manager was going somewhere to pick it up.... UMMM NO That's ridiculous!!!!!! Even tho we all make mistakes I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and they said absolutely NOT!! If they actually went above and beyond I know 100% I would've been a customer for a lifetime SHAME on this company!
