  • I took my car here on 9/12 for an airbag recall. I was told it would take 3-4 hours and ending up taking almost double that. But thats not why I'm disappointed. When i got my car back my micro suede weapped trim had grease on it . All my door sills had dirt/grease on them from shoes. My drivers mat was spotless going in . As im ocd about the cleanliness of my car and it came back covered in greasy footprints that refuse to come out. MY POWER MIRRORS NOW DO NOT WORK. I also was at bmw for about 45 minutes waiting for my car to be returned before all of this . They assured me it would be ready as they knew i had work. Then Tyler told me it was getting washed and he was finishing up my paperwork and then id be done . Well i waited and waited and waited and finally my car was returned NOT EVEN WASHED. So what did i wait for ? Horrible service and careless reps at BMW of Las Vegas. Make the drive and go to another dealer.
